This year’s theme is “Joy of the Journey” and features an objective look at living in the now and enjoying the daily experiences you have while taking Step 11. It’s a weekend about applying spiritual principles in everyday situations.
Featuring keynote speaker Dr. John M., author of “Being Sober and Becoming Happy.”
Richard Rohr, author of “Breathing Under Water” will join us in a personalized video for our participants. Check out the flyer below for more details and share it with others that may benefit from attending in 2018!
There will be four additional breakout workshops organized into two tracks (Humility, Relationships, Emotional Sobriety and Freedom of Forgiveness) followed by discussion groups facilitated by even more professionals and experts sharing their experience, strength, and hope in a warm and interactive setting.
The retreat’s emphasis is on turning one’s will and life over to the care of God as you understand him/her, and on improving one’s conscious contact with one’s own higher power. Perhaps this self-overhaul will leave you feeling like “there are no more big deals.” You will discover much fuel to nourish your soul by attending this retreat.
All faiths and spiritual orientations are invited. The retreat is non-denominational and spiritual rather than religious. This is NOT a religious event sanctioned by the Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu or any other organized religion. All of God’s children are welcome.
